The extremely rare combination of 60% Mourvèdre, 5% Grenache, 15% Syrah and 20% Carignan will please the gastronome. This crystalline wine offers a deliciously visual experience with its pale, pink color and light salmon glints, while its tears delicately caress the walls of the glass. A nose of strawberries with a hint of raspberries is subtle, yet charming. In the mouth, the scents previously discovered, are expressed with more intensity. At first, this wine is powerful and complex before tapering off to a refreshing and fruity taste, offering floral and mineral nuances. The nose of red fruits and berries belies an intensity and structure rarely found in a rosé. Font du Broc wines are a favorite of restaurateur Alain Ducasse.
